Akron Tekstil, a company known in the market for producing fantasy yarn, has digitized its manual processes with OCTO. Throughout the project, the main goal was determined to be the digital recording of input and output records, real-time inventory tracking, and achieving the project goal, making the entire end-to-end process digitally traceable. This, in turn, ensured more accurate procurement decisions. The project's implementation took 60 days, and monitoring took an additional 30 days. The digitization of processes serves as a successful example for both companies.
